At Institutet för kvalitetsindikatorer, we work with patients and staff in the Swedish Health care to help improve healthcare through the patient's eyes.

We use scientifically rigorous methods to deliver statistically reliable results, so that staff can tackle quality improvement with confidence.

Our staff have been surveying patients now for over eight years, having surveyed over 1 million patients during that time in hospitals (inpatients, outpatients, emergency care, day surgery, paediatrics), primary care (general practice, out-of-hours) and across diseases or conditions (cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hip-replacement).

As well as running postal surveys, we also offer on-line surveys, telephone interviews, focus groups and in-depth interviews.

We work closely with our customers to help them make the most of their results.
